Spring Is Coming

Spring Semester will soon be here.

We are approaching the beginning of another semester. Classes will be starting and the U-Bill will be due. No matter if this is your first semester or your last, we are here to help.

Let's start by answering some common questions.

Late December.

Tuition, Fees, Housing, Meal Plans, and everything in between will be assessed to students' U-Bills in late December. This is a complex process and will take multiple days to complete so if you are looking and don't see everything you were expecting we suggest waiting a day or two. We expect everything to be assessed for most students by the end of the day on December 31st.

January 1st.

While there's always a possibility that changes could be made or new charges could be added, we expect Spring semester charges to be on accounts by the end of December and therefore viewable in full starting January 1st.

January 20th.

Charges that are assessed in one month are generally due the next and payment for the U-Bill is always due by the 20th of the month. This means the Spring charges added in December will be due on January 20th.

We do offer a Deferred Billing Payment Plan that spreads payments for a semester across the first 3 months of that semester. This is something the student has to specifically sign up for in Workday and there is a $20 fee assessed each semester it is used. Signup can be done between January 1st and 19th and payments will then be due on January 20th, February 20th, and March 20th.
