Welcome to the Accounts Receivable Office

                      What's Happening?

The Accounts Receivables Office lobby is open as of August 3rd. Only ONE person is allowed in our lobby at a time. Our phone line (515) 294-7388 is fully staffed, and no appointment is necessary for questions. You may also email us at ubill@iastate.edu. You can expect replies within 24-48 hours.

Please visit the COVID-19 Student FAQ for further university-wide information.

Click here to find information on important billing dates, payment plans, and communication regarding your U-Bill.

We encourage all Iowa State University students to sign up for direct deposit on AccessPlus to ensure potential refunds and overpayments. By signing up for direct deposit, you can be assured that your payment will not be delayed in the event we are unable to distribute printed checks.  Please see the university's FAQ page regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

For U-Bill accounts that had payments made from a 529/Educational Savings Account and now have a credit balance, the Accounts Receivable Office recommends that you contact your Plan Administrator for any tax implications that this might have.  The Accounts Receivable Office is not able to provide tax guidance in this situation.   For your questions on the 529/Educational Savings Account refunding, please contact ubill@iastate.edu.

For prospective and incoming Fall '20 students, please refer to the Admissions site for appropriate revisions during these unprecedented circumstances: https://www.admissions.iastate.edu/covid19/?expand=true

Students may view their 2019 1098-T form starting January 10th on their AccessPlus account.  This form is located on the Student tab under "Tax Info (1098)."

Until this is completed, the only person that can discuss the details of your U-BIll is you (the student).
