The Accounts Receivable Office is a department under the Senior Vice President for Business and Finance and reports directly to the Treasurer of the University. We are responsible for managing the centralized University Receivables System (UR) which is used to bill students and external customers. Also, the Accounts Receivables Office is responsible for the billing and collection activity of four Loan Programs.




Monthly Payment Plan enrollment for the 2015/2016 academic year opens March 20th in AccessPlus.  Sign up by June 18 or July 16 for the remaining10 or 9 month plans offered.


Employer Reimbursement Deferment requests are now available in Access Plus ~ if interested, please enroll prior to Summer/Fall  Semesters.


Direct Deposit Refunds - please allow 3-5 business days from the day the refund was issued to become available in your bank account.
