Account Info Release

Account Info Release is the student giving their authorization to share information regarding their U-Bill with a designated parent, guardian or another third party. A student can authorize the ISU Accounts Receivable Office to send billing notifications via email, mail a paper statement to another individual or just authorize the ISU Accounts Receivable Office to discuss their account with that individual

1. Log in to your account on AccessPlus

2. Select the Student tab

3. Select Account/U-Bill

4. Select Account Info Release (Three Options)

   • Information Release Only 

   • Email notification and Information Release 

   • Mail Statement and Information Release ($8.00)
